Retreat Cancellation Policy
Refunds - Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to eight days before your program.
Credit - Nonrefundable credit toward a future LTT program (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before event. Credit may be applied to any LTT program for one year following date of issue. No refund or credit is available if you cancel on the arrival day; or you do not attend the program; or if you have to leave an event early for any reason. We strive to program the highest quality instructors and programs; no refund will be given if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content. LTT (KAP) reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.
Travel Insurance - LTT recommends you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.
